During my recent stay at Deuli House, I found the staff and manager to be exceptionally hospitable and accommodating. Chui, in particular, went above and beyond, showing great care towards my daughter. However, despite the warm service, the state of the property left much to be desired. The room had several maintenance issues, including a faulty WC, leaky sink, and deteriorating shutters. The property's online images, while enticing, did not reflect the reality of its condition. In terms of amenities, Deuli House offers a range of services like room service and laundry facilities, but the property lacks certain modern conveniences like airport shuttle services and ironing facilities. The absence of these amenities may impact the overall value proposition for some guests. In conclusion, Deuli House may appeal to budget-conscious travelers seeking a basic accommodation experience, but those desiring a higher level of comfort and luxury may want to consider other options in the area.
